A greedy company with no customer loyalty...... Used them for many years at Sealy Mattress Company here in the Capital District area. I have purchased (8) pallet jacks over the past few years from them and also used them for repairs to our sit-down lifts as well. Had a pallet jack recently purchased in May 2018 with just (14) hours of time on it. No forward or reverse.
