I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Thompson Jewelers. I brought in my pendant to have the bail replaced and soldered, and I was assured that it would be properly soldered. Instead, what I received was a bail that was simply bent over and not soldered at all. For $50, I expected quality workmanship, but what I got was unacceptable. I had a very disappointing experience at Thompson Jewelers recently. I took my pendant in for a simple repair, expecting the usual quality service I've come to know over the years. However, when I picked it up, it was still not fixed properly. When I brought this to their attention, the staff was dismissive and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. I really enjoyed shopping at this family run store. Great customer service and I purchased the cutest pair of earrings.

Great selection, fair pricing, great service, great quality, and friendly salesperson. One of a kind personally designed and made by the owner. Great all around.
