I called on the same day and got an appointment within 3 hours. The staff was nice and polite, and quick too I was able to get a temporary crown in the same day and a filling. They had this thing that held my lips open and something for me to bite on so i didnt have to hold my mouth open myself. I also got some shades to block the light so my eyes werent blinded by the bright lights. upon that there was a tv on the ceiling and they gave me headphones to watch a movie at the same time. My experience with this dental facility has been a nightmare from start to finish. I had 2 crowns replaced and was given a price that was agreed to, only to later be told the cost was higher (they just counted on my insurance to cover that, which they didn't, and I wasn't told about it until a year later). I had to go in multiple times - first time the teeth they got in were yellow because they ordered the wrong color, second because the bite was completely off, and yet a third time for the same thing and it's still not righ... read more
I went in today to find out if I had any hidden infection and their 3D scan of my mouth was amazing and showed so much more than a normal x-ray ever has. And he worked up an estimate for fixing my entire mouth and the price was way better than I expected. Like half of what I thought it would be! I look forward to working with them and fixing my smile 😁
