I love Dr. Thompson and ALL the staff. They are professional, and very good at communicating what I need and what he would suggest. I was kind of a difficult case as I was older, and had lots of other dental issues. He was so good at walking me through the process and helping me understand what I needed. I can't say enough about his whole practice.
I spent over $5,000 for Invisalign assuming Dr Thompson would correct some minor spacing issues with my front teeth. While better, there are still gaps. He required another $5,000 to attempt to get it correct.
Today was my first visit and I am truly impressed and amazed by their service, knowledge and professionalism. Lissette and Dr Jeffrey Thompson made sure I understood well my problem and what they can do to fix it. Looking forward to start my treatment with them.
My son and I are both receiving Invisalign with Dr. Thompson. We have been very pleased !! I highly recommend him !! All the girls who work there are fabulous also!! Always so helpful and kind.
Dr. Thompson and his staff are very professional, friendly, the office is super clean, the front desk woman is very effecient and I'm terrible with names sorry, they see my daughter whenever she has a problem at one of his two offices, Dr. Thompson gives the parents his home cell. phone number and we are instructed to call anytime we don't know if something is normal or not.
