You can make appointments and leave your number with them. Wouldn’t matter. They’ll tell you something went wrong “systems are down” and will not bother communicating it until you’re on their door step.
If your Hyundai needs repairs don’t take it here! I usually go to Al Packer but I thought since my Hyundai was stolen and damaged it would be better to go to Hyundai body shop. My car has been in the shop since December 26th due to communication issues. They don’t update me on what’s going on unless I call them even though they say they’ll call me then give me conflicting info on what’s going on. It’s been 8 weeks and my car is still in the shop.
