June 9 2025 4:25pm this employee of yours driving in surrey on 104ave and 154th street was displaying some very dangerous and unprofessional driving in your company vehicle. Changing lanes and almost sideswiping my vehicle because he was in the left lane and needed to be 2 lanes over to turn right. Thompson installed my new Lennox furnace in 2018, they did a decent job. However when the furnace failed during the cold snap after Christmas of 2021 they never returned my calls at first, finally got a technician and had to order a part(2 weeks) no heat! Dec 22/22 same new part failed again. I called that morning and was told the service manager would call as soon as possible, NO CALL! I called repeatedly and got the answering service. NO HELP! Please avoid at all costs!!! They installed our cooling system and used poor quality materials that I’ve been told are actually now banned due to quality concerns. We had a third party come in to diagnose the issues we were having and advised Thompson did an extremely poor quality install, and used an oil pan so cheaply made it melted through thus causing us a $1400+ repair bill. Thompson Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job. They were not able to fix the problem. The vents need to be blown out. Your company does not provide this service. I'll call you again when I need services. I'll recommend you to everyone.
