The furnace was not working correctly, Nate came over furnace had issues for years I was telling him. Suggested I replace it. I was Glad to very old unit had problems off and on for years. Jake and his helper came with a New one, Nate stopped over. These guys are Awesome!! Thank You to All Of You Very Happy to Have Heat again.
We were set to host our family Thanksgiving 2025. My wife woke me at 6:00 am to tell me that furnace was out and that the house was rapidly cooling. I called Nate at Thompson at 6:15 a.m. and left him a message. He returned my call within 20 minutes and said he'd be over shortly.
