Outstanding service from start to finish. Customer for life
Nate did a very good job for replacing our furnace in very urgent situation. Our furnace stopped working a couple days before Thanksgiving . We called Nate (Thompson Heating and Cooling) and he came very quickly. He checked the system and restarted furnace. About 10’ after he left, he came back and told us he smelled abnormal smell from our furnace outside pipe which means something wrong in exchange system of the furnace. Jake did a great job with installing our new AC unit! He did a thorough review of our system before suggesting a new unit and was very responsive and able to get everything up and running in time for a hot and humid upcoming week. I highly recommend working with Thompson Heating & Cooling!

I was so impressed with Jake from Thompson Heating & Cooling. I called to see if he could help install a new water heater that we struggled to install ourselves. He came out the next day, adjusted the pipes to the water heater and it works perfectly! He was very kind, professional and didn't judge us for our poor attempt at trying to hook up the water heater ourselves. I would highly recommend Jake to others! Thank you
