I cannot be sure but this company must have been taken over by a new owner. First Dan charged me for a quote which stated would be taken off the final price and wasn't. He quoted me a price for a new furnace which I will admit was a good price. Sent an installer the next day to install. Everything was fine up until after everything was paid for we realized there was no place to put a filter and Dan was made aware immediately. He said multiple times that he would make it right. We got a new furnace and air conditioner today. The technicians arrived early this morning and did a great job. Our salesman was wonderful to work with. He explained everything very well. I’m very happy with Thompson Heating and Cooling.
