Outstanding service. Very polite and efficient tech. Did a nice job in tuning the unit up and getting it ready for the winter. Fred was very knowledgeable about the system. He came prepared for any type of service issue. I will request Fred in the future to service the system.

Our technicians were excellent. They were on time, kept us updated on their arrival time and were courteous and professional. The lead tech noticed a problem with a previous furnace installation (not by Thompson Heating and Cooling) and fixed it free of charge. Thompson Heating and Cooling was responsive to our inquiry and quickly fit us into the schedule during a very busy period for them.
