Well here we are almost a year to the day and our air conditioning is out again. The Trane unit was installed in 2018. Every year we had to call for service repair for the exact same problem. Even though we kept calling for the exact same problem they made sure to charge the service call and not fix the problem. They did tell us that if they weren’t there to hear the noise the unit was making that it was hard to diagnose the issue. I was very happy with the Thompson Heating & Air. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Made the calls to verify if the faulty part was still covered under warranty. Once the part came in the part was replaced quickly. I will definitely be calling Thompson for any HVAC issues we have in the future.
