So I went there for some hit pain and they took a X-ray of the one hip and told me I was all good and I went 2 months walking on it and then I went to a different Place and they took an x ray and the doctor could immediately tell that it was broken I was walking around on a broken hip for 2 months!!! I am also a dancer So this made me lose out on money.
I've been there twice now. Both mid afternoon on a Saturday. The staff were great (from the front end staff, the person who took my vitals, the nurse and PA) all were friendly and professional.
I went in with 2 fish hooks buried in my hand and they did a tremendous job, from the receptionist to the tech taking my vitals to the nurse taking my information and the PA who extracted the hooks in less than 30 minutes, thank you. You all did a great job and although I don’t plan on being back, I’m glad I decided to go to the closet urgent care instead of going to where I live in Fairport.👏 Cheers! Bob Martin
Took our son here yesterday for terrible diaper rash… I know they have prescription pastes and it’s really bad so I thought maybe they’d test for fungus or yeast idk do SOMETHING for my son who has been screaming for every diaper change every hour of the day…. Told us to use a different paste and keep doing what we were doing… and to make an appt with our regular pediatrician today. Ped couldn’t fit us in until 345 pm and now his butt is bleeding…. Normally we have the best Staff and experience here. But last night my 2 year old’s Pediatrician just wanted a quick check over after experiencing some symptoms. She even called and said we were on our way. We walked in at 6:50pm and was told because they close at 8 and someone was ahead of us they didn’t want to stay later so we needed to go to the ER. A 5 hour visit at the ER just to get lungs checked and 2 rapid swabs. Seriously, Newark Urgent Care you couldn’t take 20 minutes to do that?! Shame on you!
