Purchased a house that they had designed and installed a courtyard for the previous owner and were continuing maintenance on. When asked why the plants were having issues with the heat, their maintenance crew responded that it was poorly designed. Had to have the courtyard completely reconfigured after cancelling the contract. Service was poor for the amount we were paying and we would constantly get emails asking for more money for additional services.
