Do not use!!!! Gave him a deposit for repair and then he never showed. When I cancelled, he promised a refund. That never happened. He stole the money and refuses to respond to texts or zelle request for the refund. I had another company repair the oven, and Mr Thompson didn’t even have the correct problem diagnosed. I paid for a part that wasn’t broken. Do NOT use!!!! Unless you want poor quality and unprofessional repair.
The handyman was both knowledgeable and personable. He also put my mind at ease, beforehand, by explaining that he would follow all of the Covid-19 precautionary guidelines.
Very unprofessional..late for his appointment and cancels on us via text 40 mins after appointment time..when I called I was sent straight to voicemail. Reporting to BBB.
Knowledgeable and efficient. Entertaining conversationalist.
He will take your money and run. Look at the BBB. Not good!
