I hired Thompson General Services in 2021. Steve was one of several contractors I had come out to give a quote after a pipe broke and we had major water damage. Steve was the only one who took time to investigate how we can have that pipe repaired to bring the bathroom back up to a functional bathroom even before repairs were going to happen. Clear communication, timely work and great attention to detail made it a very positive experience and the end product was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend this company!
Steve Thompson and his team are perfectionists!! They've done several jobs for me .. the largest being a total bathroom renovation .. as always the end result was gorgeous more than I even imagined
I have used Thompson General Services as my contractor over the past 10 years multiple times - kitchen renovation, bathroom renovations, replacing flooring, and many other small projects. The work has always been meticulous. I've never before had a contractor call me to tell me he'd be 15 minutes late on the first day of the job. Usually, they're just late! TGS stands by their work and provides exceptional service. I wouldn't use anyone else.
