We ordered propane on Tuesday after we were at 30% propane, they told us they would deliver, come Friday they still have not delivered we called Friday as we were now completely empty they said they would come, now it’s Saturday morning. No propane and the only way they will deliver this weekend is if we pay a $250 delivery fee. This is absolutely ridiculous. We are changing propane services. This is NOT acceptable.

You should inform your drivers on 401. If you’re impeding traffic with an explosive material - you shouldnt be in the middle lane. you are causing drivers/ trucks to make unsafe passes changes. This numb nut never even bothered to slow down to let me pass him. Total idiot. I am losing faith in the human race

The guys from Thompson Fuels are so great. My elderly mother gets oil delivered and they always go above and beyond for her!!!
