I tried using the online service booking but in a week I have not received a call or email for my appointment. I had two recalls and a warranty item to be fixed up. If at all possible I will be avoiding this dealership unless I absolutely need to use their services.
really do not want to give even 1 star to this team. Today my experience was very, very bad. I bought a vehicle of about $36,000. After the deal, they treated me like a homeless person who trespassed in a private property. My sales person was Kendra, her way of communication was good, but her manager was very rude and aggressive to me.
