I tried using the online service booking but in a week I have not received a call or email for my appointment. I had two recalls and a warranty item to be fixed up. If at all possible I will be avoiding this dealership unless I absolutely need to use their services.
really do not want to give even 1 star to this team. Today my experience was very, very bad. I bought a vehicle of about $36,000. After the deal, they treated me like a homeless person who trespassed in a private property. My sales person was Kendra, her way of communication was good, but her manager was very rude and aggressive to me. They never told me before buying the vehicle that it doesn't have a second key, when I bought the vehicle and Kendra gave the key to me, I asked her can I get my second key also. I called them to know price of a remote start. They kept my details, but didn't call me back. Poor service.
