Started our fence, never finished the job, just put the polls in which were uneven. Had several excuses like another reviewer mentioned (health emergency, truck problems, etc.). Needless to say we now have an unfinished privacy fence. DO NOT HIRE HIM. He will scam you and leave you with a mess.
Unprofessional, dishonest, and did not complete the job. We had a rather disappointing experience with Thompson Fence Company. Casey seemed like a competent and trustworthy person when he came to our home to see where we wanted our privacy fence installed. Unfortunately he did not deliver on the work he quoted. Our materials were delivered May 26 with an expected start date of May 28 or June 1 at the latest. Work did not begin until June 14. Don’t not use this scam company he will ask for a down payment and not show up to do the job . Been 7 weeks and hasn’t even finished putting in the polls yet . Keeps saying he’s coming doesn’t show up respond to text or answer phone calls . Will definitely see the guy in court I’ve gave him enough chances especially when I was told it would only take 4 days to finish.

We put a down payment on our fence and that was supposed to be installed almost two months ago now and still has not started. He doesn’t respond to messages once he gets your money. Do NOT use this company.
