I have been purchasing dumpsters from TFI for the past 3 1/2 years since starting my company. The TFI back then is not the TFI it is today. Since TFI sold, I have experienced all new employees, as well as new processes I assume as the last FOUR orders I’ve placed, all safety “lock” plates have been installed in either the wrong spot, or wrong plate entirely. I used to be a loyal customer, having purchased over 100 dumpsters from this company. However, the quality and service have gone downhill significantly. Recently, I bought a new batch of dumpsters. To my dismay, several of them were delivered without primer under the paint, including on the underside. When I contacted the company about this major issue, their solution was for me to take the dumpsters somewhere else to be painted. This is completely unacceptable and not a part of our agreement. Not a bad place to deliver, brought tube and reloaded bad tube to take back, from start to stop i was there 3 hours and that's counting untarp and retarp, not bad, people are nice
