Michael and the team at Thompson Electrical Solar installed an 18.8kW system with a 20kWh Sungrow battery at our place in Yarrawonga, and we couldn’t be happier. The proposal was detailed and honest — they used our actual usage data rather than generic modelling, and talked us through the sizing instead of just upselling. We have an older-style tiled roof and they took real care working on it to avoid breaking tiles, which we appreciated.
