The service was excellent and the work was too. I had an outdoor and an indoor powerpoint replaced, and found out why my solar had stopped working. The electrician was trustworthy which took a lot of stress off me. He went the extra mile to answer all my questions. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
I had a call booked in with Tyron. They had been recommended through solar quotes, and Tyron contacted me immediately with access to a calendar to make a booking, which I did. Unfortunately i wasnt able to get hold of him on the day of the booked call. Tyron has since reached out and explained the miscommunication and some software problems with the booking. The booking time arrived for the call and no call. I sent him a message and as yet no reply (2.5 hours hours later). I have also sent an email and no reply.
