5 star service from the beginning, setting up the appointment and then the service quality. The technician showed up on time, he diagnosed the issue and let me know his findings immediately. Very courteous , helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you, will hire Thompson Electrical again for electrical matters.
Oscar made me aware of things that I hadn't noticed. The knob and tube removal along with some new lighting in my old house gave them challenges but they persevered and did a great job. The price that I was quoted was fair. I won't hesitate to call them in the future. I have already passed on his name. Thank you.
This is the best electrical company I have used. I had a problem with my panel, they came fixed it, and upgraded the whole panel in no time on a Saturday night. The absolute best company you could hire to do any electrical work. Please don’t even waste your time or money calling any other companies. We've used them a couple of times now, and they are easily among the very best professionals of any kind we've had doing any sort of work on our house. They have consistently been very responsive and punctual, and on two installations they were able to fish wire through the entire house without making holes in the walls or ceiling.
I called on January 4 had an emergency work order, I was told they would be on site on January 5th on January 10th they had still not been on site they rescheduled the appointment to January 11th as of this date I still do not have a quote for the project and no one has bothered to return my call
