I called Thomson to get an estimate for Tesla car charger, and I made sure I let them know about it. A technician came, and I asked for charger installation and he couldn't give me a quote because the installation will involve a pipe installation from my Basement to the Garage. Since I paid for his dispatch, I've asked him do 2 things: (1) install timer on 3-way switch, (2) fix 3-way switch. There was a small mix up in my appointment, but once I called I immediately received a response and a manager was assigned to come to my home first thing the next morning. He was very professional and friendly - quickly fixed the issue and at a reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend.
