Just got off the phone with one of the most rude and unprofessional people I have spoken with. Was constantly talked down to. After she raised her voice multiple times, I gave up and just hung up. I can't believe after all the reviews I just read, no one has addressed this issue. Pathetic.

I work here and I see a couple of bad reviews. The is so sad to see some people not feeling good about the customer service. Although these reviews are old but still my work place. I hope that calling in now with the new employees will be a better experience with the service. But let me also add that a lot of callers are extremely rude to us. I’m editing and reposting my review although I regret taking it down in the first place, I ended up feeling bad about it even though it was honest. But coming into work the next day, I am seeing more client complaints about the answering service not being friendly, and having the same negative experiences. My job uses this answering service and long story short - every phone call sounds muddled like it’s under water and they have poor customer service. Would not recommend.
