Hard to find good heavy truck mechanics. I got screwed around by the dealership and someone recommended Thompson and man am I glad. Saved me from spending 50k on an unnecessary in-frame.
Attention motorhome customers. I visited their shop to schedule a minor gasket replacement on my rear diesel motorhome. I spoke with service manager Mike. He was very courteous and gave me a mini tour of the shop but advised that he had to speak to the owner about what I needed done. When I called to try to schedule the repair I was told that they don't work on motorhomes now. I give them a four based on their great customer relations - would probably have been a five if the work could have been done. Now looking for another... read more
