Brian and Frankie were very conscientious and detail-oriented. They both did such a good job, and we are very happy with the finished project. We did have to wait several months for installation, and we’re not very happy about that part, but again, we love our doors and are very pleased with the installers!
Installers Bryan and Frankie were fantastic... Careful, professional and friendly. Love the product and how they were installed. Guys took their time and worked diligently! Well done!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't answer their phones. Leave a call back number and never hear from them. Service on items they installed is ridiculously priced. So I emailed like the response requested and it came back undeliverable. Why am I not surprised
Thompson Creek windows was competitive in window price and provided a great warranty. The install was fast for 13 windows… finished in less than 6 hrs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Your Project Manager was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable about all the questions that I had for my project going forward. I highly commend him to your company.
