OMG I just read some of the reviews. Same scam with my Medicaid and the therapist was sleeping last week. I fired him today. And he was very against my religion. I'm a Christian and he kept redirecting my words to say mother Earth etc.. I'm not into new age stuff sorry. That's another religion, please respect Christianity and don't say it's a sign of a mental disorder the way your DSM states, that irresponsible. Very LGBT oriented as well not for seniors or conservatives.
Dominique Filangeri and I have been working together since August of 2023 and I have so many good things to say about her. Thanks to Thompson Counseling Services, I have received the dedicated care that I needed through Dominique. She shows compassion, attention to detail, and gives wonderful strategies for me to practice weekly so that I can live my life in a more confident way. I owe everything to Melissa who hired Dominique for this business and this company is truly a gift to all those who are seeking professional help.
I do not feel the therapist at this location know when to step out when the situation becomes more than they can handle. Unfortunately a very close friend of mine has been attending sessions for over 30 weeks and because of the sessions has become far worse than when she started. It’s amazing if you use a commercial carrier for your insurance you get one or two visits but when it’s a managed medical plan they give you weekly for indefinite period of times. This location should definitely be looked into by Medicaid.
