Melissa has been a wonderful partner in providing care to our students needing to access counseling off campus. She always takes the time to listen to the individual needs of the students and matches our students with a provider within her team that would be the best fit for them.
Very clean offices, highly recommended!
I wasn't going to post a review but I can't let this go. I sought therapy for my daughters and, while the intake process was fine, I cannot express how awful the therapist was. Our "therapist" not only used inappropriate language with my young kids, but he was fully distracted the whole time. He was checked out and completely ignored us despite my attempts at refocusing. No responses to questions, no conversation, nothing. We stopped going after 3 sessions. This should be an embarrassment for Thompson Counseling Services. ED... read more
Ray Babcock is correct. Something very fishy is going on with Medicaid! This company should be investigated for sure. Very unprofessional and scary to see this company still open. Melissa is not honest and did things that are deplorable.
