Cody and all workers were amazing. They are really nice and very knowledgeable on HVAC systems. They worked very hard in the two days they were at my house. They installed two heaters and two air conditioning units. They also had to deal with other issues from previous units that were installed. They replaced and fix all wiring, other issues and cleaned up after themselves. The thermostats they also installed were easy to link to the app ecobee and hook up on the WiFi. 07/06/22- Jacob arrived on time and asked us what the symptoms were. We explained what was happening and he went to work. A few minutes later he had identified the problem and had it fixed. Thanks Jacob for doing great work!! We’ll request Jacob in the future… Josh called just before our appointment time saying he was on the way. He arrived a few minutes later. Once again, Aiden was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the problem I called for, he also fixed small issues that would have become large and costly problems. It's nice to have this peace of mind before the winter cold sets in.

Esham Colorado was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous when he came by for the semi-annual checkup on our heat pump. It's always a pleasure dealing with the Thompson employees!!!
