07/06/22- Jacob arrived on time and asked us what the symptoms were. We explained what was happening and he went to work. A few minutes later he had identified the problem and had it fixed. Thanks Jacob for doing great work!! We’ll request Jacob in the future… Josh called just before our appointment time saying he was on the way. He arrived a few minutes later.
