I have a tight roof spacing and previous companies have said they needed to take up my roof to access the internal unit without even trying to go up into the roof cavity. Thompson listen to my concerns and sent someone that could navigate the space and fixed it without issues. Great attention to detail, even removed shoes automatically in the house. Shout out to the techs that came out. Highly recommended
