Had Steve come out to check over my split system AC as it wasn't running quite right. Steve was great, showed up early (!~no waiting 3 hours past the booked time like other trades!). We call a few air con places only 2 came out thompson being one of them .their quote wasnt the cheapest but the knowledge of the people to help explain what we needed and how they would go about the job gave us confidence in the company. They then improved on the price a little which was great. We had some minor hiccups but they quickly remedied those problems
