The crew were prompt, quiet, and did an excellent renovation in our basement
Poor quality and over priced.
Handyman quality at contractor prices. Did not even fix the issue they were called out for.
Do NOT use Thompson Contracting out of South New Berlin. We used them to remodel a bathroom last year. They used an incorrect type of pipe when they redid our plumbing, it cracked and cost $400 to replace with the CORRECT pipe. Won’t answer texts, won’t return calls. His own former employees admitted that he jacks up his prices and takes advantage of his customers. Just steer clear of this company. Either doesn’t know his business or is a con-man.
