Construction can be a stressful process. Mark was calm, thoughtful and responsive through the project. He is a good communicator. He worked well with my designer and used competent and subcontractors for the project. Overall, there were no major mishaps. The finishing and process was a little slow but I suppose it usually is. Having gone through multiple major remodels in my life, this was the least problematic.

Mark’s team were great to work with. They are friendly and communicate with transparency and honesty. Mark built an addition on my historic home. The construction is very high quality and blends perfectly with the original structure. Will hire him again.

Mark and his team were extremely knowledgeable, on time and provided great communication throughout the renovation on my home. I would 100% refer him to anyone looking to renovate their home and look forward to working with him again on any homes I buy in the future!!

Mark and his team were exceptional to work with from beginning to end. We trusted Mark’s thoughts and opinions and had very open dialogue when things came up that were unexpected. We did a large renovation project that was a complete gut of the house and required us to be out of the house for the duration of the project, so Mark worked hard to keep us as close to on-time as possible. We would use Mark and his team for any project we have going forward! I have posted a before and after pictures of our kitchen.

What I liked most about working with Mark and his team was how professional they are. The quality of the work speaks for itself and he works with all of the best subcontractors. He did a great job managing my expectations, seeking my input in areas where it was needed, and making great judgment calls where it was not. If we encountered any issues, Mark was extremely responsive and solution oriented. Highly recommend Thompson Construction!
