My experience here was 1000/10. Joe the estimator is the nicest guy ever and very professional. He must have called me about 10 times over the 3 weeks it took to get my car repaired. I had my new car for one week, and then I was hit by another driver and a tractor trailer. My car had significant damage and the entire experience alone was so traumatic. I recently had an encounter with a deer and took my nearly new car to Thompson Collision. I worked with Jim Worthington, who was excellent both in communicating and in making sure my car was brought back to brand-new status. While there I noticed several other luxury brands in the lot as well as they are well known for quality work. Jim went the extra mile to ensure I was totally happy with everything! Thompson Collision was incredible to work with, and I would not go anywhere else.
