I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rudy Thompson and his team. Beyond being an incredibly skilled doctor, he's personable and thoughtful, and it makes all the difference. His office staff, Sharon, Erika, and Amanda, make the whole experience seamless and enjoyable, and it's clear the entire team works together with that same level of attentiveness. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and his practice to anyone looking for exceptional care!
Hi! Dr. Thompson did a phenomenal job caring for an orbital fracture I sustained from a fall on a cement floor last year. He made sure the stitches were done properly and that it was healing nicely. He also gave me advice and a silicone scar cream to help me care for it properly. I am very lucky to have almost no scarring today. It was a terrifying injury, but the Dr. made me feel calm and reassured about the outcome, allowing me to rest without feeling distress and anxiety.
I had seen Dr. Thompson for a few things and really liked him. The last time I saw him he basically called me a liar to my face. He had done a scar revision for me. I asked how much it would cost snd I was told that insurance would cover it which I questione because I was shocked. His response was that this particular woman was very good with getting things covered. Weeks later I received a bill for over 1k so I called the office and spoke eith the woman. I’ve always had such a great experience with Dr. Rudy and his office staff. Everyone is so warm, personable, understanding, and patient, which makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Dr. Rudy always takes the time to explain procedures, go over options, and answer questions without making you feel rushed. I’ve always been very happy with his work and truly appreciate the care and attention he gives his patients. Highly recommend!
Garbage. Sexist bedside manner. I now have puffy eyes. He admitted to over filling yet was going to charge me to take filler out. The only thing good about this place was his nurse who I believe doesn’t even work there anymore. DO NOT USE HIM!
