Good local gym apart of the Kingstowne HOA’s. Facility has nice equipment and they’ve changed their hours. What I can never understand is why it closes at 7pm on weekends. There doesn’t need to be a front desk person, it should just be a fob system for members to come as they please. The front desk workers hardly ever acknowledge you/not around. Lately has become a hangout spot for the teenagers who work there, letting random people in who don’t belong. Management should really be on top of the workers here given it’s a job ... read more
Nice selection of equipment, never too crowded.
Had a horrible experience with the front desk person Ms. Pollard. This is the second time we have had spoken to her and she is just the rudest mean spirited person I have ever met. We were trying to book the Thompson Center for an event, and had spoken to Matt about the booking originally. We were within the 2 week window which we understood, but was told that was ok. When we got there, we were told by Ms. Pollard that we weren't allowed to book it and she didn't know why Matt would tell us that we could. She expressed this ... read more
