A fellow camper next to me had broke a brake line as he was parking his minivan. Thompson car Care was able to come out to the campground and tow his car to the shop and repair it in one day and deliver it back (mechanic stayed up late to fix it). Prices are extremely reasonable. He only fixed what was required to get him home and let him know what else would need attention soon.
If I could give him no stars I would. He lies, doesn't return calls or answer his phone. He has had my van for 12 days (10 OF which are work days) and it's not ready!. Now he is avoiding my calls..I have no idea what's going on. UGH!!

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. While staying at a campground 2 miles from their shop, Called them at 930am, i was told someone would bring brake fluid to me in an hour so i could drive to their shop for the repair. Called 3 times to check on status, and 5 hours later still no one showed up. I prefer to deal with small businesses, however poor customer service like this gives small businesses a bad reputation. I would not recommend this place especially if your from out of town and don't know the area.
