I had a great experience from start to finish. Pete was great on explaining the process and Scott was great at communicating timing and progress. The car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Overall very pleased and highly recommend.
Elia Lebbos and the service team were amazing. I had an issue with another mechanic that messed up my vehicle leaving it not drivable after I took it in for preventative maintenance. I came in to Thompson and explained the situation and asked for help. Elia and the team went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was properly evaluated and fixed from what the other place messed up. They even helped me with loaner vehicle in the meantime so I wasn’t out of pocket for a rental which they did not have to do as it was someone ... read more
