Great customer service personnel experience. Would be nice if the service techs wiped down the door panels and door pulls and arm rests, anything that their oily hands touch.
Kerrian Hicks is the top service advisor. When my extended warranty denied my claim she fought for it to be fixed and didn't give up. Mechanics got my car running better then when I purchased it. Really appreciate the hard work and dedication that was shown.
