Elia Lebbos and the service team were amazing. I had an issue with another mechanic that messed up my vehicle leaving it not drivable after I took it in for preventative maintenance. I came in to Thompson and explained the situation and asked for help. Elia and the team went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was properly evaluated and fixed from what the other place messed up. They even helped me with loaner vehicle in the meantime so I wasn’t out of pocket for a rental which they did not have to do as it was someone ... read more

All went well. This was my first time having service done here. Easy to pull in and were provided directions immediately. Both people I interacted with, including my advisor Autumn, were excellent. Service was very good.
