Horrific! Purchased what was "supposed" to be a brand new Cadillac Escalade from Thompson Automotive Group in Raleigh, Even before leaving the dealership, we noticed that the detail on the vehicle had not been done, but told them we'd bring it back the following week. *** ALERT***UPDATE*** We agreed that they would buy back the vehicle on 10/15. It took until 10/27 to get the actual paperwork over from them so we can sign over ownership. We signed the papers and all they needed to do at that point was call the bank for a payoff quote and request an expediated title. Again, we gave them a reasonable amount of time. I am writing to provide formal feedback on the recent service I received at your facility when I brought my vehicle in for a tune-up. While I fully understand the complexities of automotive maintenance, I must report that the workmanship in this instance did not meet acceptable standards. Specifically, after being charged $1,800 for the service, I found that several essential components were either missing or incorrectly installed. The service manager was absolutely wonderful very pleasant…welcoming. Assisted us immediately when we arrived… as we moved into the parts department I also experienced another gentleman who was quite welcoming and knowledgeable of everything that I needed and had parts sent in the next morning for services for the next day … our whole experience with them was.
