We had a 6th grade school project and needed 40 lbs. of rocks of a certain size. When going to pay, the manager said "is this for the school project? You can just take it for free." Nice and helpful staff! Thank you guys!
We bought some stepping stones from them and when we got them home and looked at what had been loaded into our trunk, they were literally unusable. When we called Thompson to make it right as we were on a tight timeframe with our turf project, they refused to assist us. Not only did they refuse to assist us, but they up charged us four times on the standard delivery charge to have them returned. Buyer beware their customer service is horrible and they do not stand by their products!
