Excellent service as usual, had a coolant leak ,sent video to Gary who replied straight away, dro pped van off same day and was fixed the following morning. Absolutely great turnaround to keep me on the road,wouldn't go anywhere else,these guys know there stuff
Good, honest, reliable mechanics. I haved used them for many years, over 3 cars and never had an issue. Realistic time frames and competitive prices. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They always seem to want to be able to assist and are trustworthy mechanics. Had to use another garage for 2023's MOT, due to lack of planning on my part and Thompson not having availability. Big mistake! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. They do get booked up fast, but feel that is a sign of a good garage.
Always feel like I can trust these guys, when I have had trouble with my car or need an MOT. Would highly recommend. Recently I broke down and can't thank Phil enough, roadside support within 10mins and car back fixed the next day. I have also often popped in to this garage if I have had any concerns and they are all more than happy to help and check the car over. I have no knowledge of cars, so to be able to trust in a garage and their prompt service is very reassuring. Thank you.
Had MOT and servicing done here last few years and always been happy with the service, price and workmanship. Proper local garage that value repeat custom and are reliable. Have gone the extra mile to get my car sorted even when parts are not available, cheers lads
