Dr. Thompson and his staff have been so good to me over the years. They've gone above and beyond to help with my care. He tells it like it is and will be straight up about everything and I really respect him. The staff are all great and it's just a great team all around!
My brother has covid and was incorrectly told that the medicine was going to be covered since he is uninsured. Could not afford it and this rude individual called him to HARASS him for being unable to afford it. Accused him of refusing treatment and was incredibly unprofessional. Will be making sure to never recommend to anyone after this.
He did a great job treating me. His covid treatment knocked it out quick! Fever free in just 12 hours and on the mend!
I really like Dr. Thompson, BECAUSE he prefers preventative medicine. He does a lot tests to rule out any problems, which in turn, can catch issues before they become problems. And he doesn't mince words. If you need to know something, he's straight forward with you.
Had an unpleasant experience. Nurse seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing, undertrained. Both the Dr and nurse staff were very rude and rough during appointment. Received a follow up call from the Dr himself who seemed rushed, agitated, and even hung up on me mid sentence. Will never go again, recommend 0/10.
