They were very quick and affordable and as a mom of three that’s hard to come by.
I had a crack in my radiator that had a major leak. I called at 8 am on 1/15/2026 to have it looked at. No charge. They found the issue. We discussed what was needed and they got the part and coolant. The quote to repair was fair compared to the large corporate companies. They worked in a timely manner to get it repaired. Very respectful and professional. If you live in Overton, New London and surrounding areas, I highly recommend this company.
Very happy with their service. They were fast and flexible to meet my needs and did a great job with my air conditioner.
Had to get my ac checked out, went to Thompson Automotive and Dwight took care of the problem super fast, could not ask for better service. Definitely will be going there again.
