While i was able to get a good price the process was a pain and i would never buy a car or do any buiness with them again. They were extremely unprofessional. They tried to back out of the deal after I already had a deposit down and they sublited the wrong paperwork so there were weeks of delays in order for the deal to finally go though. The prior demanded a good review to get things that we had verbally agreed on.
Great experience at Thompson Auto Sales. Ryan was super helpful and made everything easy. Everyone there was professional and treated me really well. Would definitely recommend.
Sold us a lemon with a huge scratch in it that wasn’t there when we purchased it… There was a persistent coolant leak that was supposedly fixed but the car broke down 3 miles after we picked it up from his mechanic. After several more attempts we brought it to our own mechanic and Evan said he would “do the right thing” and fix it once and for all for us…he did by giving us a rental car that had the drive train fall out of the bottom while we were driving with my 2 young children it in.
