We had an emergency with our Mercedes while traveling through from out of state. The team at Thompson Auto Repair took care of it right away and had us back on the road in no time. They were super friendly and explained what had happened. A++, highly recommended!!
It’s so hard finding a mechanic you can trust to do the right thing, but I never have to worry about that here. Everyone is so kind, and I love that they do a thorough check of your entire vehicle. They send a report with photos of what is good, what needs attention soon, and what is urgent. They don’t overcharge and they take pride in being honest. Thompson is such a gem!
Highly recommend this repair shop. They did a full inspection of my car to see what the problem was. They listen to my concerns with my car. They recommended things that should be done that needs to be done some on the high priority list and give the option to get them done, which I did. Wow—absolutely love this shop! The owner personally got on the phone with me and walked me through an issue with my car in no time. I had already been to the dealership and another mechanic, both of whom tried to charge me a fortune. Donnie, on the other hand, was honest, straightforward, and solved the problem right away.
