I have known Bill Thompson and personally taken multiple vehicle vehicles there. He has helped me with every annoying thing I’ve had with my vehicles. One thing I know about Bill is that he is extremely honest. He takes his time to make sure that my vehicles are well serviced and that I am made aware of any particular problems. I have tried other mechanics and I always come back to Bill because his quality is so good. Even after I moved to Idaho Falls I will still take my vehicles to Thomson auto repair.
I always take my vehicle here. I know I will be treated fairly, explained why things broke, and recieve notification of things that may or will happen in the future so I can plan ahead.
Knowledgeable, skilled, honest and fair mechanic. His competent work and honest approach keep the parking lot full. I trust him with repairs on my classic 1936 truck. He can fix whatever you drive.
