This guy is an absolute jerk. I called requesting a quote to answer a few tax questions. He proceeded to tell me his hourly rate, which is no problem. I explained I wanted to send him the questions so he could quote the time it would take to answer it for budgeting purposes. He said he won't even open an email unless he gets paid and "on retainer". I understand valuing your time, but I wanted to get a budgetary quote before I committed to his services, in the event he told me it would take him more hours than I'm interested ... read more
