We have had Thompson Appliance service many of our kitchen and laundry appliances over the years as well as install new appliances. They have been stellar in all instances and came back to remedy any minor glitches. Their office administrators Kennady and Alex are outstanding, responsive, efficient, and professional. Truly wonderful experience - Nick and John arrived on time and did a wonderful job of installing all of our new appliances. Friendly, thoughtful, gentle (they treated our home with such respect!) and exceptionally competent! I highly recommend Thompson Appliance and Service!

Ist stove was scheduled for delivery, we took time off of work to be there. Well they called and cancelled the job, the job before us took to much time. So we had to reschedule and again take more time off. Mind you without pay. When they finally installed the stove it was damage on the stove top. In order to get the stove installed we had to give them our credit card #, ok i get that. They gave us a price for installing, they also agreed to give us a 10% discount for the rescheduled appt. Carl and partner did an excellent job installing kitchen exhaust vent. They were able to use existing ducts to keep the costs down.
