Thompson Appliance really did a great job for me. Joy was always responsive in my phone calls, and Chris is definitely expert in his work. My washer/dryer issues were corrected quickly and completely. I'll call again whenever needed.

This. business knows how to charge they just don't fix the problem. They don't return phone calls. When what they tried to fix still didn't work they won't come back to help. Be very careful if you decided to contact they.
Second time we have used Thompson Appliance Repair. Awesome job both times. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
