Horrible customer service. Twice he was more than two hours late. Did not receive a call prior. Put my cold water hose on my hot water and vice versa on my washing machine after pulling it out to inspect it. Unfortunately his terrible service shrank my children's clothes. Will never use their "service" again. Absolutely the worst customer service I've had in my entire life. WORTHLESS company. DO NOT USE this company.
Terrible service and business. Just because you can't fix my refrigerator doesn't mean you can't make a phone call!
