Our recent visit following (our yellow lab) Bella's decline in health was very emotional for us. Dr. Robyn Thompson's honesty and patience in explaining her chances of recovery helped us to make the right decision, but we were especially grateful for her empathy as she helped Bella to cross over to the Rainbow Bridge.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Not sure if you will ever find a group of more irresponsible, un-sympathetic people anywhere. Started when we had an emergency with our family dog of 12 years. Ultimately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our Vera down. Usually, you would expect the doctors or nurses to say, “I’m so sorry”, or something, but nothing. Just business as usual.
