Highly recommend this company and especially the technician who installed a new dryer vent for us. Our house had a poorly installed dryer vent that was blocked and definitely not up to code. We were able to get a next next-day appointment and despite our dryer being located in a tricky spot, he was able to come up with a solution and have a new vent installed within 2hrs. This company just cleaned my air ducts for me. The technician was excellent and took his time to thoroughly explain the procedure. They were great because they arrived earlier than anticipated, finished the two units, and cleaned both of my air ducts.
It's been a good few years since I had the air ducts cleaned and every summer my electricity bill gets higher and higher. I called Thompson Air Duct Cleaners to have my air ducts cleaned.They were very professional and came on time. They showed me a picture of my air ducts and they were definitely filthy. I definitely recommend using them, and I hope my bill won't be so high now.
