This was the first time I had my ducts cleaned in my home. A couple of kitchen garbage bags' worth of debris was also removed from vents. They don't have to remove vents because of this clever cleaning system. The dryer vent has been repaired, and it now works much better. The air flow appears to have improved. The service was well worth the money. I wholeheartedly endorse Thompson Air Duct Cleaners. They are reasonably priced, and you get a lot of bang for your buck.
